.co.ke signals you're a Kenyan business, which builds local trust. .com has global recognition. For most Kenyan SMEs, .co.ke is the better choice. The Business and Launch packages include both.
Can I pay via M-Pesa?

Yes! M-Pesa is our primary payment method. Pay via Paybill 880100 with the account number matching your package (STARTER, BUSINESS, or LAUNCH). You can also pay by card or bank transfer.
How long before my website is live?

Starter and Business packages are typically live within 24 hours of payment and receiving your details. Launch packages (custom websites) take 5–10 business days depending on complexity.
Do I need any technical knowledge?

None at all. We handle the domain registration, hosting setup, email configuration, and SSL certificate. You just tell us your business name and what you do — we take care of the rest.
What happens when my year is up?

We'll remind you 30 days before renewal. Renewal prices are the same as the initial package. We'll never let your domain expire without warning — losing your domain name can be very damaging for a business.
Can I upgrade my package later?
